Bed bugs

Taming the itch

'1 bedbugs-bedbugs-bedbugbitecare'

Bed bugs are notoriously difficult to detect and even more difficult to eradicate. They are nocturnal insects that feed on human blood. They live in bed sheets, bookshelves, couches, bed frames; just about anywhere they can get access to blood. Most often, they bite human hosts while they are sleeping, and so the host does not feel the sensation of being bitten. Because of this, the bed bug can feed repeatedly and for long periods of time. This is why a person rarely has one bed bug bite, but dozens.

Chocolate might be good for you

But there’s a catch

It was a dream come true for chocolate aficionados when they heard the news that chocolate could benefit their health.  In 2004 researches reported that consuming dark chocolate and cocoa improves the function of blood vessels. In a newer study, consumption of cocoa resulted in improved vascular responsiveness in people aged 18-77. It is believed that flavinoids (an antioxidant) in chocolate causes vascular improvement.
